  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) reserved pasta cooking water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes for heat
  • Garnish: fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of cooking water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over low heat and sauté minced garlic for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add cream cheese and reserved pasta water to the skillet; stir until creamy.
  4. Mix in grated parmesan until smooth.
  5. Combine drained pasta with the sauce in the skillet; toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve immediately with extra parmesan and fresh parsley on top.
