  • 200g sunflower seeds
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 60g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan/350F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sunflower seeds, salt, and maple syrup until well mixed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and either press the mixture into cookie cutters or spoon clusters directly onto it.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, watching for a golden brown color.
