Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ounce package red gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Strawberry)
  • 1 ounce package blue gelatin (e.g., JELL-O Berry Blue)
  • 1 cup warm water (divided)
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 4-inch lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Spray an 8.5 x 11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix red gelatin with 1/2 cup warm water; microwave for 1.5 minutes until dissolved. Stir in 1.5 cups marshmallows and microwave for another minute until melted; whisk until smooth. Cool to room temperature before pouring into the baking dish. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Repeat the process for blue gelatin using the remaining warm water and marshmallows. Once the red layer is firm, pour the blue mixture on top and refrigerate until fully set.
