Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 (5-oz) can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips
  • Red gel food coloring
  • Blue gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×5 loaf pan with aluminum foil for easy removal.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme, white chocolate chips, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture into three bowls; add red coloring to one bowl and blue to another while keeping one bowl plain.
  5. Layer the fudge in the prepared pan starting with red, followed by white, then blue. Smooth each layer before adding the next.
  6. Use a knife to swirl through the layers gently.
  7. Let set at room temperature for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
