  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly dry pickle chips with paper towels.
  2. In one bowl, whisk eggs; in another, place flour; in a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer and spray basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Coat each pickle chip in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally cover with breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange coated pickles in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 5-6 minutes; flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
