  • 6 medium carrots
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and cut them in half; then slice each half lengthwise into sticks about 2 inches long.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with seasoning.
  4. Lightly spray your air fryer basket with olive oil. Arrange the coated carrot sticks in a single layer without overcrowding.
  5. Set the air fryer to 400F (200C) and cook for 7 minutes. Shake the basket gently to flip the carrots and continue air frying for another 8 minutes until crispy.
