  • 6 cups bread flour
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons active dry yeast

  2. Mix in the salt and vegetable oil. Gradually add flour one cup at a time until fully combined.

  4. Punch down the dough, divide into two pieces, shape into loaves, and place into greased loaf pans. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
