  • 12 kalamata olives
  • 12 small balls of fresh mozzarella (marinated if possible)
  • 12 slices thick-cut salami
  • 12 pimento stuffed green olives
  • 6 whole jarred cherry peppers (halved)
  • 12 small pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Thread one kalamata olive onto a skewer followed by one mozzarella ball.
  2. Continue with one slice of salami, one pimento stuffed olive, half a cherry pepper, and finish with one pepperoncini pepper.
  3. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  4. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day.
