  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Peel and julienne the carrots into thin strips.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, agave syrup, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Whisk until well blended.
