  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
  2. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange pineapple slices beneath the salmon.
