  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup white wine or low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Let the salmon rest at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, white wine or broth, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and rosemary. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened (10–15 minutes). Strain into a bowl.
  3. Pat the salmon dry; season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes on one side; flip and cook another 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Serve warm with balsamic glaze drizzled on top.
