  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into 1-inch cubes and toss with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
  2. Cook using one of the following methods:

  4. Oven: Preheat to 400°F, place on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Air Fryer (optional): Preheat to 375°F and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. For the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a bowl.
  7. Toss cooked salmon with the bang bang sauce to coat evenly.
