  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the beef; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Lower heat and stir in Alfredo sauce and heavy cream along with Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet; toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
