  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 1 pound large shrimp, raw and deveined
  • 1 pound top sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • Blackened seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil and season shrimp with blackened seasoning. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque; remove from skillet.
  3. Sear seasoned steak cubes in the same skillet on high heat for about 4–5 minutes until browned; remove.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet, sauté onion and garlic, then stir in heavy cream and parmesan until smooth.
  5. Mix in cooked pasta, shrimp, and steak; season to taste.
