  • 12 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1 lb. Farfalle pasta
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ranch dressing by whisking together milk, sour cream, and Ranch seasoning in a large measuring cup. Refrigerate until ready.
  2. Cook the Farfalle pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and cool on a tray drizzled with olive oil.
  3. Fry chopped bacon in a skillet over low heat until crispy. Let cool and chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta with half of the ranch dressing.
  5. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, three-quarters of the bacon, BBQ sauce, and remaining ranch dressing; toss well.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for up to three hours before serving.
