  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate (for ganache)
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Melt semisweet chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Stir in sugars and eggs one by one, followed by vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt; then fold into wet mixture.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. For the ganache, heat cream until simmering and pour over chopped chocolate; let sit before stirring until smooth.
  7. Cut cooled brownies into small squares or shapes, dip in ganache or drizzle on top, finishing with fleur de sel.
