  • 2 cups finely diced rotisserie chicken
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • Water for sealing

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning. Mix until well blended.
  2. Take one egg roll wrapper and place about ⅓ cup of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges with water.
  3. Fold up the bottom corner over the filling and tuck in both side corners. Roll tightly to seal.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place egg rolls in the basket and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, flip them over, spray again, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
