  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed Butterfinger bars

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and peanut butter using an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and blend.
  3. Gradually incorporate powdered sugar, mixing on low speed.
  4. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfinger bars until well combined.
  5. Roll mixture into balls (about 1 to 1½ tablespoons each) and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.
  7. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at low power, stirring intermittently until smooth.
  8. Coat each chilled ball in melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
