  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 13 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded spinach
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken strips with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a chef's pan over medium heat. Cook the seasoned chicken until browned (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomato paste. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add orzo and broth; bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Once orzo is tender, stir in spinach and cream until well combined. Serve hot with extra parmesan.
