  • 2 pounds chuck steak (cubed)

  • 1 large bell pepper (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 large tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper, ground cumin, chili powder
