  • 1 cup pork rind crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, pork rind crumbs, egg, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder (optional), Italian seasoning (optional), salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them in the baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
  4. For the sauce, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream and season to taste. Let simmer until thickened before adding grated Parmesan.
