- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp pecans, chopped
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1.5 tbsp cream cheese
- Combine all oat ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate; then mix in Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour cream cheese ganache over chilled oats, cover, and refrigerate overnight to set.
- Serve topped with additional shredded carrots and chopped pecans.
