  • 1/2 cup certified gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp pecans, chopped
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1.5 tbsp cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all oat ingredients in a bowl or jar and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate; then mix in Greek yogurt and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Pour cream cheese ganache over chilled oats, cover, and refrigerate overnight to set.
  4. Serve topped with additional shredded carrots and chopped pecans.
