  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Boil the tortellini in salted water according to package instructions (3-5 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the ribeye steak for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet for 5-6 minutes until softened; add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Season vegetables with salt and pepper; add beef broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and let thicken for about 2 minutes. Add provolone and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Return steak to the skillet; toss in drained tortellini and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.
