  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 shallots
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
