  • 8 oz. uncooked rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 hearts of Romaine lettuce
  • Shredded rotisserie chicken or chopped chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise (for dressing)
  • 1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese (for dressing)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • Optional: Croutons and fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy paste, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
