  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • ½ cup cake flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup ice-cold water
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Vegetable oil for frying
