  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 3 tablespoons cilantro leaves (optional), chopped
  • Asian salad dressing (homemade or store-bought)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken with half of the Asian dressing. Toss well and let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
