  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
