  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, diced
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 large russet potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken with ranch seasoning and cream cheese. Cook on HIGH for 2.5–3 hours or LOW for 4–5 hours until tender. Shred the chicken and mix in bacon and cheddar cheese.
  2. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Wash and dry the russet potatoes; rub with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then bake on a foil-lined sheet for 45–60 minutes until fork-tender.
