  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 large flour tortilla

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breast in leftover bacon grease for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F). Let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Crumble bacon and slice chicken into strips.
  4. Mix ranch seasoning with water; toss with chicken. Combine mayo and sour cream in another bowl.
  5. Spread mayo mixture on tortilla, add chicken, cheeses, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  6. Roll tightly and cook seam-side down in the skillet for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
