  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon chili flakes
  • Vegetable oil for frying (6–8 tablespoons)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Start by making the hot honey: mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes in a bowl; microwave or simmer until blended.
  2. Slice chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season with spices.
  3. Set up a breading station: flour mixed with half the seasoning, beaten eggs, and seasoned Panko breadcrumbs.
