  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped spinach

  3. Stir in Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese until smooth. If using spinach, add it now and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and let simmer for an additional minute before serving.
