  • 1 can (14 ounces) chicken broth

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 ounces penne pasta

Instructions
