  • 3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (frozen)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In the slow cooker, combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently.
  2. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  3. About 30 minutes before serving, warm the remaining chicken broth with cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Pour this mixture into the crockpot and stir well. Top with additional shredded cheddar cheese and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
