These Cuban Sliders are a delightful twist on the classic Cuban sandwich, featuring layers of savory ham, tangy pickles, and melted Swiss cheese nestled in soft slider buns. Perfect for parties or cozy family evenings, these sliders are quick to prepare and sure to impress with their flavor.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 3 medium pickles (sliced longwise)
  • ¼ cup mustard (divided)
  • Nonstick spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F and spray a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and layer the bottom halves in the baking dish. Spread half the mustard over them.
  3. Generously layer sliced ham over the mustard-coated buns, then cover with Swiss cheese slices.
  4. Add pickle slices on top of the cheese and drizzle with remaining mustard. Place the top halves of the buns on and lightly spray with nonstick spray.
  5. Cover with foil and press down gently using another dish.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes under pressure, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
