  • 700 g chicken thighs
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • Seasonings: salt, cayenne powder, garlic powder, etc.
  • Algerienne sauce
  • sweet soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, yeast, yogurt, honey, oil, and water. Knead until smooth; let rise for an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough into two circles; layer one with melted butter and cheese.
  3. Cut into triangles and roll into crescents; let rise again.
  4. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden; mix with sauce.
  6. Fill baked crescents with chicken mixture.
