  • 16 ounces linguini (or your preferred pasta)
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, sour cream, chicken broth, dried parsley, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  4. Stir in the shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked linguini along with half of the shredded cheeses.
  5. Spread the mixture into a buttered 9×13-inch casserole dish. Top with remaining cheeses and garnish with parsley.
