  3. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed; lumpy batter is fine.
  5. Fill muffin cups two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  6. Cool slightly before dipping tops in melted butter and coating with cinnamon-sugar.
