  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup apricot
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • Dash sriracha
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (for frying)
  • 4 slices brioche bread
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract (or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the coating by mixing flour with onion powder, garlic, paprika, and seasoning.
  3. Heat oil in a Dutch oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Coat marinated chicken in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown.
