  • 1¾ cups chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, and seasonings

  4. Add garlic and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Stir in butter and flour; gradually add broth mixture while stirring until thickened.
  5. Lower heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Return the chicken to the skillet and heat through.
