  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 24 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1¼ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 23 tablespoons acid (lemon juice, lime juice, or vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken to an even thickness of ½ inch using a meat mallet.
