  • 3 TB Dijon mustard
  • 2 TB ketchup
  • 2 heaping TB honey
  • 5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • Kosher salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine peaches, Dijon mustard, ketchup, honey, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
  2. Season the pork with salt and pepper; place in a Ziploc bag with half of the peach BBQ sauce to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grill marinated pork for about 12-14 minutes, basting with remaining sauce until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached.
  4. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing; serve with reserved peach BBQ sauce.
