  • 1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 pound beef top sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 pound raw large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Assorted vegetables: green pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper, onion, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Divide the marinade into two resealable bags; add steak to one and shrimp/veggies to the other. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
