  • 1 ¾ cups whole wheat flour
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • ½ cup honey (or maple syrup)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil and honey until combined. Add eggs and mix until smooth.
