  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
  • 1 large bunch broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or small bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar (or honey), salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Honeycrisp apple, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss to mix well.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss again to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle with crumbled bacon for added crunch.
