  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
  • 1 bottle Kansas City-style barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F and prepare a grill pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the dry rub ingredients: brown sugar, paprika, seasoned salt, chili powder, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and dry mustard.
