  • 12-count King's Hawaiian Rolls
  • 810 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheese sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour. Gradually add milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg, and cheeses until melted.
  2. Assemble the sliders: Cut rolls in half and layer turkey, tomatoes, and bacon on the bottom halves. Pour cheese sauce over the top and brush melted butter on the top halves.
