  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • Zest from 2 regular limes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press into an 8" – 9.5" pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest; mix until fully combined. Pour into the cooled crust.
  3. Bake for another 10 minutes, then cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least three hours.
  4. For topping, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Spread on top of the chilled pie before serving.
