  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • Optional garnishes: scallions, sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook until browned (8–10 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.
