  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces bowtie pasta (uncooked)
  • Ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and fresh parsley for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat a large soup pot over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Cook the ground beef with diced onions and minced garlic until fully browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
